Mr. Gajewski knew the importance of language working with international clients. Traveling across continents shows the remarkable access being competent and confident in language is able to provide. Dissatisfied with the current model of English schools and tuition he decided to found his own English school based on collaboration with teachers he liked and respected. Working together to create instruction that is effective, thoughtful and engaging.He was passionate about making sure teachers are fairly paid so the collective values transparency highly, paying teachers the majority of what is billed & keeping admin low.Gajewski also found the connection with a teacher important - while knowledge is valuable, the greatest learning comes from good repetoire with one's teacher, they need to be a good fit to the learner and their interests, charismatic and an active listener.Good materials are also indispensable. No one model is appropriate for any client of any service, so the collective sees materials that are tailored specifically to each learner without dogmatic attachment to method.Lastly, having run a business in other industries for many years collectives founder knew that it was time to make English learning financially viable and the pricing forgiving in these challenging times, without compromising on quality. Providing a higher rate to teachers while also providing a lower price became key for the academy.

In addition to language tuition, Collective provides in person, residential english language developemnt. Provided from a group of 6, up to 20 the Collective provides 2 - 5 night residentials of immersive, cultural fun aimed at developing your language skills most naturally.
